Common questions
What counts as a metered client?
Anyone you have had a session with in the last 3 months, on a rolling basis. Someone you have not seen in that window does not count, and archiving a client never changes the number, because it is measured from your session history rather than your client list.
What happens if I go over my limit?
You are asked to upgrade before the session is scheduled, and nothing is billed automatically. Recording a session that already happened is never blocked, so your history always stays accurate.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from your billing settings. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated, and if you cancel you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do my clients pay through BonHand?
No. Your clients pay you directly, exactly as they do now. BonHand keeps track of what is owed and paid, and lets clients report a payment for you to confirm.
