Clients never sign up for anything. If you share their page, it opens from a link, with a password they can set if they want one.
Updates go out from your own chats or email, so clients hear from you, not from an app. BonHand only notes that you were in touch.
It shows their upcoming sessions, balance and payments, and lets them tell you they have paid. Your private notes never appear there.
One link instead of a website. Put it in your Instagram bio or email signature, and new clients see who you are before they write.
It stays off until you switch it on, and it never shows which plan you are on.

Hi Mrs Mitchell, Ryan worked through the whole quadratics worksheet on his own today.
You stay in charge of every message. Try it with your own clients.
So what does it cost?
Starter adds 25 clients, payment QR, file sharing and statement downloads. Growth lifts the client and draft limits.
Founding accounts get 50% off for as long as they stay subscribed. Places are limited. Once they're claimed, plans return to the price shown crossed out above.
See the plansNo. There is no app for them and no account to create. If you want, you can give a client a private link to their own page. It is off until you switch it on.
No. BonHand sits behind the conversation. You keep messaging, emailing or calling the way you do now.
Never in your name. Updates and payment reminders are drafts that you read and send yourself. The only thing BonHand sends is a plain email telling a client that a new file or notice is on their page. You can switch that off, and they can unsubscribe.
No. Your clients pay you directly. BonHand keeps track of what is owed and what has been paid.
To write a draft it reads your note for that session, your recent notes for that client and the facts you saved about them. You can skip drafting and write your own message.
Up to 5 clients seen in any 3 months, 15 drafted updates a month, and every core part of the app: sessions, payments, balances, client pages and your public page. No card.
BonHand runs in the browser on your phone or computer, and you can add it to your home screen.
